Our Member Istituto Piepoli is about to launch a multiclient research on the Revolution of the purchasing channels which will provide an Omnichannel Psychography.
The survey aims to study new behaviors and purchasing channels and wants to trace the elements necessary to define an omnichannel strategy in the light of the dynamics taking place in the country and in its reference sector.
Five possible advantages:
1. Extent (topics studied with over 6000 quantitative interviews preceded by 4 focus groups) and depth (80 hours of motivational interviews) of the Survey;
2. Sharing of the opportunity (as a multiclient), which makes the commitment negligible in the face of the value offered;
3. Personalization, with 5 ad hoc questions, specific for each company;
4. Focus on the reference market, thanks to particular attention to the reference market of client companies;
5. Opportunity to participate in the design of the Research, helping to shape its guidelines.
