The great culinary tradition of Chinese cuisine

"The great gastronomic tradition of Chinese cuisine" ended with the Zhejiang's cuisine. The event has been organized by the Italy China Foundation and Bon Wei, with the media partnership of Class Editori: 8 cultural dinners, each corresponding to 8 gastronomic areas and 8 selected traditional menu by chef of Bon Wei Guoqing Zhang, narrated by Professor Francesco Boggio Ferraris, language and Chinese culture teacher, penned by Silvio Ferragina, experienced master calligrapher. A journey that lasted two years and that has gathered a big audience of fans and curious.
