Eat'Safe: a project on food safety

Among the scientific research projects promoted and financed by Cariplo Foundation, Italy China Foundation and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) have created a Sino-Italian working group, whose purpose is to promote Italian knowledge and experience in the context of the agricultural safety chain. In particular, they focus on the constitution of an interrelated system, composed of institutions, research centers, and companies, responsible for overseeing  specific topics on food safety.

The Eat’Safe project lasts one year and aims at improving and completing the Chinese food safety system, through elaborating suggestions, promoting actions, and using the best practice. On 2nd March 2017, the kick off meeting took place in Milan, so as to start the project in the presence of Italy China Foundation and four Italian experts.

You can find attached details about the project and the Sino-Italian committee’s members.
