The Italy China Foundation is currently involved in creating a guide to help members and companies to navigate the complex Chinese legislative system in relation to the protection of personal data and information security. The aim of the project is to illustrate the Cybersecurity Law, the Data Security Law and the most recent Personal Information Protection Law to prepare members and businesses for the enormous impact that these laws have and will have on operators active in the Chinese market. We will keep you updated on the release of the volume, expected in the coming months.
For this reason we are pleased to sponsor the conference dedicated to the topic of privacy in the People's Republic of China that the Roma Tre University is organizing online on Zoom on 22 March at 10 am. The event will be attended by, among others, the President of the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, Prof. Pasquale Stanzione, and Italian and Chinese scholars.
