The "Operational Guide to the Three Laws on the protection of data and personal information in China" will be presented on Monday, May 23. The guide has been created by our Study Center to help members and companies to navigate the complex Chinese legislative system in the field of protection personal data and IT security.
With contributions from ADVANT Nctm, Baker McKenzie and Wang Jing GH & Law Firm, the volume illustrates the Cybersecurity Law, the Data Security Law and the most recent Personal Information Protection Law to prepare associates and businesses for the enormous impact these laws have and will have on operators active in the Chinese market.
The event will be held at 10 am (registration from 9.30 am) in the Sala della Corte of Palazzo Clerici, via Clerici 5 in Milan.
